Is Switzerland's (and whole Northern Europe's) summerweather over?

... we don't know that and who'd trust a meteorologist anyway? As a precaution I booked some tickets to our (so far still rainy) sun&fun paradise Alicante. However, weather forecasts for the upcoming weekend down there are convincing... I'm packing my bags. Ceya

Alicante 2007: Summer in Alicante...

Incredible and unbelivable. The heat of the nightlife or global warming have led to another episode of a couple of sunny and hot days in Alicante. Last Saturday I could even go into the still quite cold mediteranean sea.

Excursion: España, Sociedad y Cultura

Hier ein paar Impressionen von unserem Ausflug ins Hinterland von Alicante im Kurs Spain, Society and Culture. Leider spielte das Wetter nicht ganz mit, was unserer Stimmung aber in keiner Weise geschadet hat. We had a blast!!

Letzten Freitag war in unserer Wohnung Erasmus-Party angesagt!





Und hier noch das Rezept für unsere Bowle die alle in Stimmung brachte: 1 Flasche Cava, 10cl Rum, 15cl Vodka, 10cl Gin, 1.5l O-Soda, 0.5l Sprite, Zucker und eine ganze Spanische Honigmelone :-)

Winter in Alicante :-D

Nach den ersten paar Tagen Regen im November ist die Sonne nun wieder zurückgekommen. Zeit, nochmals den Strand und die Altstadt von Alicante zu geniessen.

Tuuli hat sich mittlerweile schon so an das spanische Wetter gewöhnt, dass sie beim kleinsten "Temperatursturz" friert (Tag/Nacht-Unterschied ist teilweise bis zu 10 Grad). "It's frickin' cold outside!"
